My product was just delivered and I am missing something

We aim to accurately include everything, so please check all your boxes and skids. If you ordered kennels or cages, you will have a box marked "hardware" that will contain all the hardware for your order. Make a list of anything missing and contact Tech Support either through this form or call from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. M-F at 800.444.1579 ext. X. We will immediately get you what you need. Also, include any installation questions you have. This is a great time to ask those.
