The "wedge" system is a simple and effective design concept for installing Shor-Line stainless steel run gates and panels to a new or existing room with sloped floors and a trough drain. Our wedge fits into an interlocking channel at the base of the side panel. The wedge conforms to the slope of your kennel floor, and once caulked, creates a seal that protects againts cross contamination.

Recommended slope for kennel floors is 1/4" minimum per foot. For example, a 6’ long run would have 1 1/2" of slope from front to back.Optional stainless steel drain covers protects animals from waste in the drain trough, and restricts most toys and other pet items from going down the drain.
