(A) FramesAll frames are constructed of 1 1/4" square stainless steel tubing. All corners are mitered and hand welded. (B) Patented LatchOur latch is designed to be durable, secure and quiet. Acetal bushings provide smooth operation and sound dampening qualities. Concave latch bar allows run gate to be opened with your forearm when both hands are occupied with food bowls, patient control, etc. Shor-Line was granted US Patent #5,097,796 for this unique latch design. (C) Horizontal and Vertical RodsAll rods are 1/4" diameter solid stainless steel and welded at every intersection. Horizontal rods are spaced 6" apart and vertical rods are 1 1/2" apart resulting in an incredibly safe and rugged gate. (D) PVC FloorsKeep patients and boarding clients clean, dry and comfortable. Sectional design for easy removal and supported by stainless steel stirrups ("Raised Floor" Run System Only). |
(E) Adjustable LegsFront leg has adjustable leveling pad and rear leg has a 4" telescoping adjustment to assure a level and square installation ("Raised Floor" Run System Only). (F) Horizontal BraceProviding additional strength, our horizontal brace is the same 1 1/4" stainless steel tubing as our frame. All vertical rods are inserted into the frame and through this horizontal brace. (G) Isolation PanelAvailable in standard 4' high or "total isolation". Constructed of two stainless steel sheets, one exterior and one interior, welded to the frame. Sound dampening material sandwiched between these two sheets prevents the "oil canning" affect observed on single sheet designs by other manufacturers. (H) Assembly HardwareAll assembly hardware, screws and barrel nuts are stainless steel. |
